NEUROPEN AUSTRALIA
Terms & Conditions
The terms for using Neuropen Australia and ordering Neuropen products through APE Medical.
Last updated:
Ordering update: Online payments are not currently available on this website. Adding products to your cart does not place an order. Please contact APE Medical for ordering assistance.
1. About this website
Neuropen Australia is operated by Australian Physiotherapy Equipment Pty Ltd (ABN 19 131 819 693), trading as APE Medical. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean APE Medical; “you” means the person or organisation using this website.
These terms apply to this Neuropen website and its product range. Please read them before ordering. If ordering for a practice or another organisation, you must be authorised to act for it.
2. Product information and clinical use
Neuropen and its testing components are intended for trained healthcare professionals working within their scope of practice. Website information supports product selection and does not replace clinical training, professional judgement or the instructions supplied with the product.
Use, maintain and replace testing components as directed in the supplied instructions. A sensory screening result forms part of a broader clinical assessment; the device alone does not establish or exclude a diagnosis.
3. Prices, ordering and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Check each product’s GST label. Any applicable GST and delivery charges must be confirmed before you agree to pay.
A saved cart is not an accepted order. If you arrange a purchase with APE Medical, your order is an offer to buy and acceptance will be confirmed by our team. Product availability and delivery arrangements must be confirmed when the order is accepted.
If a price or availability error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a product or charge a different amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order and no alternative is agreed, any payment for the unfulfilled goods will be refunded.
Only use a payment method made available through the agreed ordering process. Do not send card details by email.
4. Delivery and order changes
Delivery options, charges and estimated timing are confirmed as part of your order. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and contact us promptly if they change. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed.
For a cancellation or amendment, contact APE Medical as soon as possible. What can be changed depends on the order’s progress. This does not limit your rights if goods are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.
5. Returns and your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If goods have a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement, and may have rights to compensation. For a minor problem, a remedy must be provided within a reasonable time. Contact APE Medical with your purchase details and a description of the problem so we can help.
For a change of mind, refer to APE Medical’s Returns Policy and contact our team before sending goods back. That policy requests contact within two weeks and unused goods in resalable original packaging. These change-of-mind conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty goods or other consumer guarantee failures. Ask us how to return clinical testing components safely.
Read more about repair, replacement and refund rights from the ACCC.
6. Website use and content
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or collect other people’s information without authority.
Website text, images and branding belong to APE Medical or their respective rights holders. You may view them for product information and ordering. Commercial reproduction requires the relevant rights holder’s permission.
We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors or interruptions can occur. Contact us about anything that needs correction. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Your non-excludable legal rights continue to apply.
7. Privacy, changes and applicable law
Our Privacy Statement explains personal information handling. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and browser storage.
We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Changes apply to future use and orders; they do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without agreement or a legal requirement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
